My Favorites

A new group is added: 'my favorites'. It's possible for the user to select whose appointments he wants to see. In every view of my favorites, with the exception of the calendar, is the option available to see the item points on the agenda graphically in a timeframe.   

The monthly overview under the outline leads up to the calendar overviews. This way is it possible to quickly show a specific date.

 

Use of colours

The application administrators are able to adjust colours to mark different types of appointments, just like the way it is in the personal agenda. With the 'action' button is it possible to reset de normal colours.

 

Resources

In Lotus Notes v8 and higher there was a problem wit the reservations of resources. The problem is solved now.

 

The merging of overviews among contestants/departments/teams

On all the documents where the choice-overviews of today and the future available were, are those two combined to one overview.

 

Browser-overviews

The groupcalendar has always been available as a web-browser. Whit this integration it is now clearer to open the browser version directly from within the group calendar. In this browser-version is a graphical overview with timelines added to give an optimal insight in the agenda of the selected employees for a self-defined period.
